Role DescriptionIn this role as Logistics and Planning Coordinator you will be responsible for the logistic and planning activities in the organization. You will collaborate with other internal departments such as QA, QC, Sales and Maintenance and Production. Furthermore, you will be in contact with external suppliers and customers.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role as Logistics and Planning Coordinator your responsibilities include:
- Coordination of daily logistic activities - Coordination of shipping and receiving of supplies and goods - Completion of customs documentation forms - Creation of commercial invoices and any other additional documentation - Responsibility for the creation and review of standard operating procedures/ follow-up of deviations and change control - Planning and control of production schedules, in coordination with material requirements, to ensure that production requirements are met - Advise management on topics such as material availability and (possible) production problems - In line with master production schedule, schedule equipment, confirm material supply/demand and prepare purchase requests - Coordination of orders and stocking of raw materials and equipment
Requirements- Bachelor degree in the area of Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or similar - Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position, with good understanding of planning and logistic activities - Knowledge in cGMP production - Experience with Production Control and Manufacturing - Knowledge of importation and exportation standards (IncoTerms) - Preferably, experience with complex products with a wide variety of parts - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Project - Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
