Role DescriptionThe account manager will be the first point of contact for a global pharmaceutical firm with multiple sites across Belgium. You will be responsible for relationship maintenance activities and spotting business opportunities within your account. You will communicate with internal stakeholders as well to discuss client wishes with the internal project team to assure satisfying custom made solutions for your account.
Responsibilities- Co-create a strategic account plan, together with the Key Account Manger & Global Account Manager. - Develop the business according to the Strategic Account Plan - Visit the client with the right frequency - Identify client needs, cross-sell - Translate client needs into a business proposal together with the internal project team
Requirements- Bsc or up in a Business or Medical Field - 3+ years experience in sales, preferably within Pharma b2b - Customer oriented - Native Dutch, fluent in English, French considered a plus
