Role DescriptionYou are the main support to the Sales Team, Customer Service and Business Development. You make sure the customers get the technical support they need and inform them in advance to make sure they know what to expect to insure guarantee customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Sales Service Manager you: - Follow up customer audits internationally; - Inform customers about the product specifications and help them improving their formulation by having technician discussions, providing the right documents and understand their market; - Train Sales and Customer Service; - Benchmark the quality of the products.
Requirements- Proven knowledge of GMP; - B.Sc./M.sc. in Pharmacy; - At least 3 years of experience working at a Pharmaceutical company; - Knowledge of API's and Finial Dosage Forms; - Willing to travel internationally (up to 40%); - Fluent in English; - Excellent communication skills.
