Role DescriptionIn this role as Supply Planning Coordinator you will work for the EMEA region and be responsible for the Supply Planning of a specific brand/product group. You will manage a team of 2/3 planners and coordinate improvement projects for the improvement of planning processes.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role as Supply Planning Coordinator your responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for supply planning processes for a specific brand/product group - Management and coaching of 2/3 supply planners to guarantee the best possible inventory level - Improve the collaboration with several external suppliers and warehouses - Communicate supply processes from external stakeholders to internal business units - Identify gaps/improvement opportunities in the current planning processes - Coordination of improvement projects for cross-functional collaboration on international scale (related to the planning processes)
Requirements- Bachelor degree in the area of Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar - A minimum of 5 years of relevant supply planning experience - Preferably, knowledge of SAP APO - Preferably, some previous experience in a coordinating role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Project management experience - Fluent in Dutch and English
