Role DescriptionAs the Supply & Demand Planner, you are accountable for a portfolio of different countries and factories:

Responsibilities• Animate the Demand planning process on short, mid and long term (18 months) horizons.
• Ensure the collaboration of all necessary functions to the consensus building.
• Agree on forecast with distributors and participate in demand review meeting every month for about 10 countries, core demand part of the role
• Manage inventory levels (Finished Goods) (already in place)
• In this context, manage the various supply points Worldwide to ensure our purchase orders are produced on time in full and to engage and influence our key counter parts in the factories.
• Follow up Service Level Agreements with all our supply points and Key Customers.
• Cooperate with customers to propose orders in such a way that we optimize the utilization of containers and trucks
• You will be interacting with a diversity of stakeholders internally (Manufacturing, Activity & Quality Manager, Product Sourcing Manager (interco), Controlling & IS, Customer Service Team) and externally (supply points and distributors)
• All-round, hands on, executive job

Requirements- Bachelor degree in supply chain management
- 2 to 5 years experience
- Fluent in English (Dutch not necessary)
