Role DescriptionAs part of C&P Procurement Operations, The Supply Chain Integration Planner aims at providing excellent service to internal business units and is focused on business needs and terms of execution of processes. You ensure the efficiency of Supply Chain activities within C&P, through the accountability of animating upstream S&OP processes. This includes animation of the Raws & Packs forecast accuracy, variance analysis, communication of the vision to all C&P teams. In relation with external customers, internal business units and suppliers, you are responsible to secure the sourcing, ensuring material availability and animating supplier operational performance.
ResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities: • Relationship management between the C&P organization and the Cluster Business Units, focused on process execution • Ensure operational quality of service and cost-to-serve efficiency • Animate R&P forecast accuracy (from the Clients and the Suppliers) and consolidates the needs. • Monitor consumption of technical contracts. • Provides relevant inputs to buyers for the contract creations: forecasts, forecast accuracy, contract balance status and alerts. • Improves collaboration between the company and suppliers by providing forecast to suppliers and running S&OP capacity checks • Manage Out-of-Stock Situation as 1st escalation level for Clients and Suppliers. • Calculate KPIs and animate Supplier Performance for your scope (Service Level, Process respect…)
Requirements• Master’s Degree in relevant direction • No experience in Supply Planning or Material Planning needed • Highly skilled in Excel • Strong communication skills and able to connect with diversity group of stakeholders at all levels • Transversal management skills, ability to build win-win solutions with counter parts • Pragmatic mindset - process and system orientated • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and intercultural skills • Customer centric and results-orientated • Consulting skills, concrete and pragmatic approach • Flexible • Fluent in English. • Ability to travel
