Role DescriptionIn this role as Supply Chain Coordinator you will maintain and build relationships with customers and supply sites of the organization. You will be the primary contact for customers and have the responsibility of analyzing and processing forecasts and orders, managing inventory and deliveries. In addition, the organization is going through a change for which they need individuals with a strong sense of leadership, have affinity for change management and process improvement.

ResponsibilitiesIn this role your responsibilities include:

- Understanding the demand of customers and market conditions that affect demand
- Management of demand for optimal production and supply planning
- Collaboration with the supply planners and informing the supply chain department on developments related to order management
- Participation in S&OP meetings with assigned customers
- Identify potential supply issues and follow up on issues/complaints
- Analysis of forecast, supply and inventory levels for assigned customers
- Ensure effective communication towards internal/external customers and stakeholders
- Initiate continuous improvement ideas for the current processes / lead projects related to the improvement of these processes

Requirements- Bachelor degree in the area of Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or similar
- A minimum of five years of related work experience in supply chain management
- Preferably, previous experience in an international environment within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- A strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
- Mindset of accelerating change, leadership and providing solutions
- Knowledge of import/export documentation/licensing
- Experience with SAP
- Fluency in English
