Role DescriptionIn this position, one is responsible for supplying a revision plan as well as a purchase plan for several devices and spare parts. A proper balance between the accuracy of the purchase forecast, inventory level and customer service is important. You will control the planning changes and take proactive action to avoid availability issues.
Responsibilities- Proactive communication with our external and internal partners regarding stock levels, availability of material - Participates in the monthly Sales & Operations (S&OP) meeting with clear communication about risks and opportunities within the coming months - Is the driving force for continuous process improvements - Construction of a stock plan for equipment and parts based on customer requirements - Follow up daily service results and proactive actions to keyplayers to avoid problems - Builds a 12 weeks revision purchase plan with optimal cost structure
Requirements- Minimum is a Bachelor degree - Knowledge of SAP and Excel - Experienced in operational planning (2+ year) - Knowledge of Supply Chain Inventory Management - Fluent in Dutch & English
