Role DescriptionThis position is part of the Downstream SC team located in the office in Amsterdam and reports to the Manager Global Customer Service (who reports to the Downstream SC Lead).
The team manages all intercompany replenishment and/or supply to 3rd party customers globally for the Global Business Unit. Because of the phase of organizational change, a key focus is on continuous improvement and accelerating change. You will manage a team of 3 specialists.
Responsibilities- Responsible for training and coaching the downstream Supply Chain team on contiuous improvement - Responsible for the Continuous Improvement Agenda for the Supply Chain team. - Design and deveployment of the planning strategy related to Feinished Goods. - Support with creations of a standardized set of KPI's and dashboard. - Support the supply chain team with parameter settings - Monitor Demand and signal performance improvement.
Requirements- Bachelor degree - Black or Green belt in Lean & Six Sigma (MUST!) - At least 5 years of relevant working experience (preferably in a Pharma or FMCG environment) - Experience in working with Supply Chain Planning tools - Worked in a International Environment - Strategical thinker (!)
