Responsibilities• Provide technical input for developing PM's and for other maintenance aspects of maintenance documentation; assisting with equipment/process fault identification and improvements. • Administer and control planned maintenance systems ensuring work orders are issued, completed and returned on time, corrective action tracking; operation and maintenance manuals. • Assist with preparation and co-ordination of shutdown activities, implement corrective actions, evaluate new equipment/processes for safety issues related to maintenance functions.
Requirements• Significant relevant work experience within operations/manufacturing environment • Direct experience with regulated environments (i.e. GMP, OSHA, EPA) • Established expertise in multiple areas of engineering technology.
Demonstrated Skills in the following areas: • Mechanical skills - Electrical skills are a plus • Maintenance on packaging machines / assembly machines • Implementing / replacing parts • Checking / controlling activities during preventive maintenance • Administration and planning tasks in the system • Working precisely / accurate • Safety • Be able to work Saturdays from 6:30 to 15.00
Other informationFor Saturdays only in every 2nd week, 8 hours 06:30 - 15:00.
You have to finish the training's in LMS during the week (about half day in a month)
