Role DescriptionIn this position you will perform in a key role within the Supply Chain team that manages intercompany replenishment and/or supply to third part customers worldwide for the global business unit. Your responsibilities will consist of all operational activities related to to the intercompany replenishment. There will be an additional focus on continuous improvement related to these activities due to an organizational change. The organization is looking for someone eager to drive improvement and mange the associated change.
ResponsibilitiesPerform all operational activities related to the intercompany replenishment and/or supply to 3rd party customers for the assigned region/subset of markets: o End to end Customer Care. Monitor stock statuses in market and take appropriate actions, coordinate and manage exceptions in supply and financials (stock issues, delays or issues with shipments, payment and credit issues, remaining shelf life, coordination of shared packs) o Point of contact for orders, pre-registration shipments, registration samples etc. o Order taking and acceptance (coordinate all relevant documentation necessary is available for shipping, ensure all system blocks are released, assign batch based on agreed rules/requirements, provide document to the bank in case of Letter of Credit and any other activity required to supply to a specific market) o Interaction with the global 3PL providing all information and documentation needed. o Ensure correct set up and maintenance of customer master data, pricing, business partner data, commercial agreements and conditions, trade compliance data and licenses for all responsible data fields.
Continuous Improvement: o Deep understanding of the region/markets, end customers segmentations, route to market, volumes, specifics o Good understanding of the issues and root causes related to the scope of business o Drive the process improve related to the scope of work to ensure efficiency and high quality of the output o Identifying improvements, prioritize based on impact and complexity and implement the change o Ability to influence and convince stakeholders and colleagues to accept and adapt the improved way of working
RequirementsCapabilities we search in the person are: o Feeling comfortable in a quickly developing / changing environment o Eager to drive improvement and manage change o Able to influence and convince in a collaborative way o Self-starting o Strong in business process thinking and having the ability to present in a simple and visual manner o Ambitious, quick in learning and adapting o Team player with coaching skills o Experience with working in a global, multinational organization o Affinity with systems, with significant advantage if worked with Rapid Response and SAP
