Role DescriptionAs a Senior Associate Supply Chain you will contribute to the completion of milestones associated with Customer Care & Order management. Supporting and advising management on continuous improvement areas is an important part of the job. You ensure optimal internal and external customer satisfaction in line with the policies and procedures. You will be providing ERP system and process training to the team.
The responsibilities you will have in this job is to monitor the serialization decommissioning process and facilitating implementation of related new processes, process changes and tracks results. Also identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions. You will attend and/or facilitate cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions which optimize processes. Besides that you will also be participating and contributing in SAP improvement projects.
Responsibilities- Serialization Decommissioning & order management - Monitors the serialization decommissioning process and facilitates implementation of related new processes, process changes and tracks results. - Processes decommissioning requests per applicable procedure. - Identifies potential issues and implement proactive solutions. Escalate to Managers CS when (potential) issue cannot be solved by team - Attends and/or facilitates cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions which optimize processes - Initiates and executes improvements in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency of CS performance - Project management - Contributes as project team member for overall CS related projects. - Participates and contributes in SAP improvement projects. - Initiates and manages internal CS continuous improvement projects. - Reporting, analysis and support - Creates and runs reports to support Customer Service Department - Prepares monthly KPI reports and advises on issues to be elevated and discussed during the meetings within ABR CS and Affiliates. - Applies research, information gathering and analytical skills to advise on CS processes, problems and improvements of diverse scope. - ERP system support and provides training to department - Takes care of month end closing
RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain management s and economics Typically 3 or more years experience in preferably the pharmaceutical industry, analytical environment and process development Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication Advanced use of MS Office and ERP system Able to work in environment of self-leadership and prioritize of workload within defined timelines.
