Role DescriptionYou are responsible for managing the Sales throughout Europe. For this, you have international (key account) management experience. This role is for a gatherer rather than a hunter, the focus is on cross-selling and expanding existing relationships rather than Developing New Business. Of course, NPD will be part of your responsibilities. In the niche of additives B2B, however, it is more important to be patient, flexible and to think in solutions. The team you will be part of is small but dedicated, allowing room for development and personal responsibility. On top of this, you are willing to learn about functional food ingredients to really go that extra mile.
Responsibilities• Setting of business plans for your markets • Tracking the Dutch, German, British, Spanish markets for new developments • Setting growth targets • Maintaining client relations • Following up
Requirements• BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Food Science or similar • Proven track record in sales • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food Sales, preferably B2B • Fluent Dutch and English, German and Spanish are strong pluses • Open to travelling 40% of the time • Open to being on location north of Amsterdam 60% of the time • Patient, curious personality, willing to learn, communicative
