As Quality Assurance (QA) Manager Pharma, what matters is how you answer questions like: How do you engage a whole organization to think quality? ResponsibilitiesIn this new position you will work for the location in Gorinchem where there is the largest lactic acid derivative facility. This location services all of the non-Bakery food market units and the Biochemicals Unit. Additionally on this site is the Biomaterials plant. Gorinchem also accommodates the Central R&D and Innovation Centre. As the new QA Manager Pharma you report to the Director QA / QC within the Operations Team. As the QA Manager Pharma you are mainly responsible for typical and non-typical quality matters at the plant, where there are 150+ employees
Furthermore we need you to: - Act as a key interface between the plant and the different business functionalities of the company; - Get your plans in motion through intuitive and diplomatic approach of relations; - Train and coach the shop floor in the related field; - Help promote a strong team spirit: "we do it together".
RequirementsIn addition to your educational achievements on a Bachelor level, as the successful candidate for the position of QA Manager Pharma you must also have: - At least 5 years of experience of quality in a pharma environment - Wide knowledge about GMP, GDP and ISO 9001 - Experience in equipment and process validation - Verbal and written fluency in Dutch and English language
