Responsibilities- Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. - Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance). - Troubleshoots and diagnoses difficult, infrequent problems with equipment. - Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. - Contributes to process improvements - Typically resolves problems using existing solutions - Provides informal guidance to junior staff - Works with minimal guidance - Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Requirements- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, automation or electrical engineering - Knowledge and experience with the following systems: Siemens, ABB, Saia, Wizcon, WinCC, Wonderware etc. - Experience with working in projects
