Role DescriptionThis temporary assignment is allowing individuals to demonstrate their capabilities within the Customer Services department. Within this role you will be responsible to improve our logistics processes and ensure a good and reliable service to our internal- and external customers.
While working closely together with the internal departments (manufacturing, planning, quality ….) and external service providers (3PL, warehousing and transportation companies) your main objective is to improve the supply chain services.
Responsibilities• Supporting and improving internal logistics processes and logistics quality • Interpretation, reporting and distribution of of relevant logistics data for related stakeholders • Monitoring contract compliance of carriers and other logistic service providers • Coordinating 3PL service provider activities
Requirements• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in logistics coordination • Experience in using relevant SAP modules (SD and LE) • Experience in customs activities
