Role DescriptionAre you a food technologist, who is specialized in proteins? Are you a team player that is capable of leading a team? And are you an innovator that gets his/her kicks out of developing new and cool beverages? Then look no further. As an R&D manager you will be responsible for the scientific projects regarding the protein values in beverages derived from the compilation of raw materials and work with a large team to develop new products.
Responsibilities- You will be responsible for project management and leading of development projects - Influence the team and support the team in new developments - Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing and QA - Develop and implement new innovations and ideas - Work international with the global teams
Requirements- At least a masters in food technology or biotechnology or food science or anything related - At least 5 years of experience in R&D - Experience in proteins and beverages - Worked in a research positions - Fluent in English
