Role Description• Maintain QA/QC documentation system in close collaboration with team members. • Support QA Manager in general administration and maintenance of the QMS system. • Participate in projects that contribute to improvements in he QMS and the working of the QA Department.
Responsibilities• CofA & Specification creation & administration. • Manage entrance control (QC) system in collaboration with the Warehouse • Release of products under supervision of the QC Manager. • Maintain & improve (update) essential Quality documentation • Respond to Customer requests for documents & contact with suppliers on basic technical issues and questions. • Act as Complaint & NC coordinator i.e. registration, co-ordination of actions • Organisation of the internal documentation system i.e. archive • Liaise with Product Management & Technical Support on more complex technical issues & questions. • Member of Internal Audit & Food Safety Team. • Participate and represent in meetings appropriately i.e. in the absence of the QA Manager. • Be vigilant in the Warehouse application of HACCP and ISO guidelines relevant to handling of products i.e. dispensing room practices, hygiene inspections.
Requirements• Pro-active Quality minded and precise individual who can understand Customer requirements i.e. commercial awareness and without compromising Quality. • A basic technical education (chemistry or biology) or a demonstrable relevant work experience. i.e. Quality, Pharma, HACCP : Knowledge or background in Food regulations, ISO, Halal and Kosher are a significant plus. • Enthusiastic problem-solver who can work accurately & quickly under pressure. • Good written and verbal knowledge of Dutch, English & French • Competent in the current informatica applications, such as Access, Word, Excel, and Internet.
