Role DescriptionOur client is looking for an experienced and ambitious new Head of Business Development DACH.
ResponsibilitiesIn charge of the development of a strategy plan for the responsible territory as well as 5-year plan for the DACH region Responsible for the Strategic Account management regarding business expansion, establishment of contact relationships as well as cross-selling objectives Accountable for the mapping of the biotech clusters and their clinical pipeline per phase In charge of KPI/metrics towards full deal closure Brand and service development of the company to approach unmet territories
RequirementsStudies completed with a Master’s degree or Ph.D. Expertise of 5-10 years in selling CDMO products in the German market Leadership and communication skills Analytical as well as strategic competencies Willing to travel approximately 50% of the time Native German and fluent in English
