Role DescriptionIn this role you will lead and develop a Global Customer Service team to ensure service according to the agreed service levels. You will be responsible to develop and implement the global Customer Service strategy. You will manage, monitor and deliver the agreed team targets through performance scorecard in line with the strategic targets.
Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team, you will also be part of the Supply Chain Management Team, - Motivate and develop Staff in order to create a high performance team - Execute the Supply Chain strategy and work close together with regional and local Supply Chain teams world wide. - You will provide input for the annual budget requirements and manage part of the budget you will be responisble for. - Act as the point of escalation in case of issues related to supply - Collect, maintain and responsible for quality of master data.
Requirements- At least a bachelor degree, master degree will be preffered - At least 5 years experience in a similar role - Experience in a International export environment - Knowlegde of how to use parameters for optimization - Knowledge of ERP systems, - Experience with working in a Lean environment
