In this role, you will be the ambassador of the category mindset and vision to shape the agenda and priorities with all our stakeholders. Your closest contacts will be the retail partners and internally account management, marketing and category counterparts. Specifically, in this role you will closely collaborate with the Category Lead to shape the category strategy in the different channels. You report directly to the Head of Category Management within Sales department.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities within this role will be the following: • Define, communicate and activate the category vision and its growth drivers, • Lead category management for the full dairy category and deliver core results through customers, • Extend influence with customer contacts to support the delivery of our clients dairy initiatives.
Requirements- Master Degree and at least 8 years’ experience in fast moving organizations, commercial experience is an advantage. - Good understanding of building the category vision & category growth levers management and you are able to interpret data in order to transform them into category growth plans. - Knowledge of multiple source data (i.e. ACNielsen, Account Specific EPOS, Panel Data, Qual / quant research) and space planning software are a key advantage. - Fluent in Dutch and English
