Role DescriptionYou will be part of the QA Department and ensure that the products are in accordance with the GMP regulation. Under the direction of the Head of Quality, you will be in charge to improve continuously the Quality system regarding the GMP requirements and in case of quality issues and problem solving techniques you will assure the successful outcomes of company and external Health Authority.

Responsibilities- You will provide QA support for deviations, change controls, CAPA, ...
- Batch records reviewing and associated documents after production
- Project leader for the new QA projects
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Point of contact in case of audits and be involved in internal audits
- You will give QA trainings to colleagues (GMP training, Quality issues training, new SOP/Policies,…)
- Work with relevant departments to ensure timely closure of quality actions
- Back-up of the Head of Quality

RequirementsMinimum qualifications: Master degree Sciences
• Professional experience required: Min.8 years in a QA position
Specific skills required:
• Perfect knowledge of GMP in a regulated environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong problems solving skills, issue resolution and root cause analysis
• Language: French, English
