Role DescriptionAs Brand Manager you understand the drivers of your category's consumption and also know what is hip and happening within the field. Through your experience, you distinguish fads from real developments which are worth implementing custom-made solutions to. You understand your clients because you've worked in the F&B field for 3+ years and you see and seize business opportunities. Together with other brand managers, you develop strategies and channel priorities. With you, the brand gets a vision and a multiple-year plan and scope.
Responsibilities• Defining new innovative ideas • Managing your brand • Cooperating with colleagues, transferring your plans onto the long term • Quick decision-making through extensive experience • Translating vision & strategy to short-term plans • Monitoring 3 direct reports • Sharing responsibility with customer marketing
Requirements• MSc in Commerce/Marketing/MBA • 5+ years of marketing experience • 5+ years of experience in the food industry • Dutch, English, French all fluent • Excellent communicator
