Role DescriptionAs the Administration Employee you are working together with the Front Office in order to help all customers.
ResponsibilitiesOrder Management: - Works with other CS sub teams to ensure set up of pre-order entry tasks is done. - Screens and acts on incoming orders by determining the correct order process, i.e.: standard, specialized, sample, make to order, imlygic - Prepares export documentation - Sets up special shipping, packaging and/or invoice instructions.
Distribution management - Timely resolution of drug product issues or transport issues affecting timely and in full shipping to customers - Takes a proactive approach to identifying breakdowns in service or systems, information flows and processes. - Correct shipping documentation and timely handover to relevant departments and/or suppliers.
Requirements- MBO 4 and higher - Fluency in English & 1 other additional language - Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience in customer service or sales - Education in Economics, Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related area - Computer skills and ERP experience - Experience with issue handling in a Supply Chain environment
