Role DescriptionYou are constantly focusing on relationships with clients. By being out on the market, talk to people and knowing about the product, you are able to consult and find problems to solve. Your knowledge of the product, providing the right information and service of implementation are created by initiative, management and aftercare. You are the face of the company.
ResponsibilitiesAs an Account Manager there are actively working on plans. You do this by; - Executing accurate account plans in order to achieve national strategic goals. You actively communicate your scope and goals to stakeholders; - Developing implementation strategies and make sure these succeed. By controlling the implementation process you are able to ensure quality and follow up on agreements; - Demonstrating Pharma-economics to the client and be able to discuss and answer on an professional level; - Selling the product by creating brand awareness and use multiple channels in order to communicate.
Requirements- Proven record of success in a commercial roll; - Excellent communication skills and ability to control complex situations; - Proven ability of managing processes in order to get results; - Bachelor or Master’s degree and fluent in both Dutch and English.
