Role DescriptionIn this position, you will join the CMC team working on process development to produce T Cells (TEGs) to be used in clinical trials. You will be responsible for the design, analysis and interpretation of experiments, to be performed in collaboration with CMC technicians, to validate the process and methods. Scientific supervision of the labs and equipment is expected.

Responsibilities- Design, analysis and interpretation of experiments
- Supervision of the lab and equipment
- Mentor CMC technicians
- Collaborate efficiently with an external GMP manufacturing partner
- Write development reports and CMC regulatory sections

Requirements- Minimum Msc degree with 3+ years of experience (preferably industry), or PhD in molecular biology/immunology
- Experience with viral vector design and production, T cell culture, flow cytometry, microscopy, functional in vitro assays for cytokine release and cytotoxicity.
- Team player in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment
- Critical evaluation of data
- Strong communication skills
