It is specialized in the generation of monoclonal antibodies against difficult targets like transmembrane proteins for R&D, diagnostics and therapeutic applications for various pharma and biotechnology companies. Furthermore the company has successfully generated functional antibodies applicable in field of infectious disease, autoimmune disease, immune-oncology and diagnostics.

Role DescriptionYou will be strengthening the cell culture team and will be generating large panels of antibodies using different proprietary technologies. You will be working in a team that consists of highly skilled and experienced scientists and professionals.

Responsibilities- Antibody development and optimization procedures: affinity maturation, humanization, stable cell line generation and antibody production
- Continuously working on optimizing and expanding technology platform to ensure high quality service and product offering
- Productive input (hands-on) in the cell culture team

Requirements- PhD in immunology or (cell) Biology
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-doc experience
- Experience with eukaryotic expression of difficult (transmembrane) targets is required
- Stable cell line generation (preferred)
- Experience in therapeutic antibody development field (preferred)
- Excellent proficiency of the Dutch and English language
