Role DescriptionAs Sales and Business Manager you are responsible for the Cardiology-team in The Netherlands. You are able to ensure success for your team, set the right goals and thereby lead and support your team to a higher level. As a person you are driven, dynamic, positive and motivated and make sure your environment is as well.

Responsibilities- Preparation and contribution of Sales strategy and planning in country review
- Manage the team to reach set goals matching strategy and planning
- Manage the overall sales strategy and –policy
- Build and keep up network within the industry and partner with marketing to develop

Requirements- Proven record of at least 3 years of leading a team in the Pharma-industry and a related Bsc. Diploma
- Proven record of change management, planning and employee engagement in order to be able to manage organizational change
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to reach achievements and execute business plan
