Role DescriptionThe Medical Advisor fulfills an important information role within the medical affairs department and addresses questions about drugs products and clinical applications from both internal and external stakeholders. You keep abreast of the scientific developments within the field and provide medical education and training for the company's staff as well as external relations. In addition, the medical insights you gain are to contribute to drug development during all stages of the process and product optimization.

ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- develop the medical strategic plan in the run to new product launch in close cooperation with sales & marketing
- communicate product value and ensure the safe and effective use of the company's products for patients
- execute evidence-generating activities in order to support late-stage development and pharmacovigilance
- provide medical support and communicate non-promotional information to healthcare organizations, physicians and patient support groups
- plan, design and coordinate medical education activities and training programs for the company's relevant staff and HCPs
- build and maintain strong, trustful relationships with external stakeholders to support the medical-scientific credibility of the company

RequirementsCandidate profile:
- Academic degree (MD, PharmD, MSc) in biomedical or equivalent
- minimum 3 years' of experience in the pharma industry, preferably in Medical Affairs
- experience in efficient and clear communication on both patient and HCP level
- excellent and convincing presentation skills and experienced in writing publications
- can-do mentality, strategic thinker and excellent time-manager
- excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
