The global digital sales team is responsible for B2C and B2B development in different countries worldwide.

Role DescriptionAs a Deployment Manager you will be part of a big global replatforming project for both B2B and B2C. Developing online e-commerce is a crucial part of your role and you will be functioning as a project manager, dealing with deadlines and a large group of stakeholders. The office is located in Amsterdam but in order to make sure the project succeeds worldwide, you will also be traveling internationally.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with international teams to implement the online shops, deliver within time limits and ensure quality standards;
- Develop a runbook per country, monitor the progress and report to the project- team and management. Liaise with international teams to achieve this;
- Supporting and directing the project teams and communicate with the team members to ensure they are all on board;
- Handling risk proactively, investigate and solve issues while seeking opportunities for improvement.

Requirements- Proven track record in project management and at least 3 years of experience with E-Commerce and SCRUM methodology;
- Fluent in English, preferably a second language (Dutch/Spanish) ;
- Excellent communication, decision-making and leadership skills;
- Ability to work independently and effectively with a team in a dynamic and international environment;
- Ability to think out of the box and a ‘can do’ attitude.
