Role DescriptionAs an interim Marketing Manager you are reflecting and improving the company’s reputation by taking care of external and internal communications. Your goals are to be an partner to the Chief of International Markets and to develop ambassadors for the company by creating engagement by employee’s. You will be shaping the future!

ResponsibilitiesAs an Interim Marketing Manager you are;
- Actively developing and maintaining employee engagement by using employee engagement programs with HR and Business Transformation;
- Support the talent acquisition strategy by developing an employee ambassador program in order to drive the reputation of the company;
- Functioning as an Advisor and Business partner to the Chief of International Markets by taking care of social media strategies and implementation.

Requirements- At least 10 years of experience in communication within an international business environment;
- Proven track record of developing, deploying and managing communications and employee engagement;
- Bachelor degree and fluent in English both oral and writing;
- Proven stakeholder management skills in managing, engaging and aligning expectations and advising to Senior Management;
- Experience in managing communication on social media environments.
