Role DescriptionAs a Senior Brand Manager you are a true specialist when it comes to marketing and know all about Hematology. Next to your knowledge and experience, you also know how to lead an motivate a team in order to achieve optimal results. You support your team in finding full commitment to the product you sell, all to make sure you will be able to have access to the patients in this highly competitive market. You dare to think outside the box and “We can” is your life motto.

ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the success your team achieves. Not only will you be supporting the team with your excellent leadership and communication skills. You also will be;
- Developing marketing- and strategy plans taking the medical part, patient access, business intelligence and finance in consideration;
- Finding the right strategies to approach the market by constantly studying the market dynamics, customer segmentation and develop ways to influence customer preferences;
- Working closely with the Sales Manager, Project Management department and EMEA Marketing Functional Network.

Requirements- Proven track record of 3 years’ experience in a similar roll in Innovative Rx Pharma with a proven success record;
- Excellent skills in leadership, communication and prioritization;
- Master’s degree and fluent in Dutch and English both oral and written.
